Prior to his current role, he worked as a Technical Associate at Smartserv, where he solved real-time customer issues and demands for the CRM-based product. During his Summer Internship at Tech Mahindra, he worked on Industrial IoT. Arun holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VIT, Vellore Institute of Technology.
